IBEW 229 and NECA Donate 2017 NEC Code Books to York County Technical School
IBEW Local 229 and York Division NECA Chapter (National Electrical Contractors Assoc.) are proud to announce the donation of 25 brand new 2017 National Electrical Code Books to the York County School of Technology’s Electrical Occupations Program! The trades programs at York Tech are vital to the industry because they prep young people to be great entry level employees and also provide the industry with a steady flow of young people that are interested in the hard work and rewards from being employed in the construction trades. Over 35 York Tech graduates are members of IBEW 229 and employed with NECA electrical contractors in the greater York area. We are proud to have so many graduates making a successful career at IBEW 229 and look forward to supporting the school and its students for years to come.
